Nutrition and movement need to be balanced in order to achieve optimal body wellness. I target the whole body rather than focusing on a number on a scale. I take the time to get to know each client and consider their health, habits, lifestyle, and motivators when developing nutrition and exercise plans. I don't promote fad diets, eliminating food groups or any other short-term, potentially harmful weight loss tactics. Instead, I will guide you one step at a time, focusing on behavior changes that last for a lifetime of health.
As a marathon runner and triathlete myself, I have fine-tuned the do's and don'ts of how to fuel, hydrate and balance electrolytes to prepare and to succeed. I am passionate about helping others achieve optimal nutrition for their fitness goals.
Have you been recently diagnosed with hyperlipidemia, heart disease, or Type 2 Diabetes?
I will meet you where you are to personalize your nutrition needs based on your lifestyle, age, personal likes and dislikes with food. Achieving balance within your nutrition plan can greatly increase your overall health.

My wife and I were visiting the Mint Museum. I had just finished walking down the last hall of an exhibit when I saw a conference room door open and heard a woman speaking about the importance of a good healthy lifestyle. I was “eavesdropping” on the lecture and found it intriguing. She was talking about the importance of committing to developing daily healthy eating habits along with exercise. The next day I called the museum and got the number of the people hosting the training event.
I followed up and made an appointment to begin my journey toward healthy eating. I began working with Diane Lancaster. She helped me set up a great personal plan. She was supportive and encouraging yet held me accountable which I loved. My goal was to lose 1-2 pounds a month. I learned to eat more vegetables and smaller portions of meat. I developed a self-discipline to make wise choices about eating. I believe that was the biggest decision I made while working with Diane.
I like to exercise so I began walking and swimming three to five days a week. Within a year, I had lost 3 pounds a month or 36 pounds total.
It has been six years and I have maintained the weight range I established with Diane. I now walk and swim at least four days a week. I have maintained the discipline of healthy eating. I am so grateful for Diane for helping me make this great lifestyle change. to showcase a premium service.
